Summary
As a Store Manager at Little Caesars Pizza, you will lead your team in delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality products. As an Area General Manager you will utilize the tools learned as a Store manager to train and oversee multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product quality meets Little Caesars standards.
- Conduct employee training, orientation, and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote special offers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers.
- Experience in store management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Basic negotiation skills for vendor interactions are beneficial.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but not required.
