Assistant Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager works productively and supervises restaurant employees to ensure they perform their jobs responsibilities, so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift.
The Assistant Manager receives direction and training from the Restaurant Manager and Co-Manager. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising other employees and provides adult supervision to employees under the age of 18 years old. During each shift, the Assistant Manager motivates, directs and coaches employees to work proficiently at their assigned stations and then follows-up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to Little Caesars procedures.
The Assistant Manager utilizes all cost-control tools and processes ensuring the goals of food, paper, and labor are achieved during their shift. They ensure each shift is prepared to meet the needs of their customers and work diligently to ensure each customer is satisfied with the service and products they receive.

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Conduct employee orientation and training to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about products, services, and company policies.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize math skills for budgeting purposes, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products to maintain stock availability.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong math skills for budgeting, pricing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash register operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
