Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support employee orientation and training programs to enhance team performance and engagement.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and assist in ordering merchandise to meet market demand.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on pricing strategies to maximize sales while remaining competitive in the market.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management, facilitating effective communication within the team.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
