The role of Assistant Manager is similar to that of a Shift Leader/Manager. The Assistant Managers at Little Caesar's are the first line of management above Crew Members and run independent shifts according to standards set by the General Manager. This role is an important part of having a strong management team and is a great experience for a new manager.

Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the establishment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in food production, management, or related fields is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and a great attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

This position starts at $1 above minimum wage with the potential of increasing based on experience, quality of candidate, and dedication to the job. Employees in this position often get promoted to C-Manager and General Manager.
