The Co-Manager position is the right-hand to the General Manager. This position in other restaurants may be called the Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will shadow and be the backup for the General Manager. We ecourage employees in this role to become General Managers of their own locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including food production, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high energy and a positive influence.
- Perform inventory counts and product ordering on a weekly basis.
- Train and supervise staff and create/maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed to keep food and labor costs in line.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in management or food service industry is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak periods.
- Proficiency in computer software applications related to inventory management.
