Joining our team as an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability in your assigned restaurants through hiring, training and supervising restaurant Assistant managers, and ensuring that all restaurants are operating in accordance with company standards and procedures. You will be responsible for 3 locations in your region. This is a large role affecting many different business units.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of a High School Diploma.
Minimum 3 – Years management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
50 Hours work week
DRESS CODE: Uniform required by QSR
Must be detail-oriented
Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
Must have dependable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
Assist with scheduling, hiring, inventory, ordering
Oversee training programs within store
Oversee sales growth, marketing, and daily operations
Compensation details:
Salaried
$0.50/mile travel reimbursement when traveling between stores

Your responsibilities will include the following, but other duties may apply:
- Operations Management: Help promote open communication between all levels of crew in the restaurant including: managers, assistant managers and crew. Assess areas of opportunity and recommend solutions or develop plans to address restaurant or crew member issues; align managers with performance and restaurant performance with company standards; proactively manage restaurant operations to include planning/projecting weekly sales, labor and COGs; maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant; identify maintenance issues and report issues to the Store Owners; lead inventory counts and ensure weekly Vendor orders are properly placed and received; lead the achievement of all performance metrics
- Business Management: assist Store Owners in managing food and labor costs to increase restaurant profitability; identify issues that need to be addressed, develop a plan to resolve the issue and present findings/suggestions to the general manager; lead the monitoring of spending on all costs to include: contractual services, repair and maintenance, as well as supply costs; write successful crew member and shift manager schedules that set the restaurant up for success and appropriate trends in sales volume.
- People management: assist Assistant managers in hiring a quality crew member; train and develop assistant managers and crew members to improve the quality of the restaurant operation; support the professional development of shift managers and crew members
- Oversee restaurant management through the proper use of communication, delegation, follow up and discipline and conducting meetings and store visits to ensure management is properly implemented and all restaurants are operating consistently in accordance with Little Caesars standards. Work beside team members when in stores to decrease labor and increase efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, coach and mentor Assistant Managers in decision making and problem solving to ensure appropriate action is taken at the store level, and implement change effectively
- Conduct store reviews, certification reviews and unannounced store visits as needed to assess the quality of service, friendliness, cleanliness and management operations of each restaurant and leave detailed action steps for improvement
- Conduct performance reviews, both formal and informal, to regularly help the Assistant Manager develop their knowledge, skills and abilities, and to recognize their strengths and accomplishments
- Conduct safety audits and perform tasks associated with cash management to ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues
- Visit management trainees in their assigned area and conduct only open and closed evaluations to determine the trainee's strengths and weaknesses
- Ensure that restaurant management complies with all Little Caesar's government policies and regulations to ensure a workplace free of harassment, discrimination and other labor law violations
- Accurately compile and process all daily, weekly and end of term paperwork as required by Little Caesars. Validate all paperwork Assistant Managers submit.
- Resolve profitability issues for each restaurant by monitoring daily, weekly and cost control figures for daily, weekly and end of period sales.
- Conduct and/or coordinate operational activities associated with relocations, remodeling, equipment repair/maintenance and new store openings.
