As an Assistant Manager you will receive direction and training from the General Manager.
Your responsiblities will be to supervise other colleagues and provide supervision to colleagues under 18 years of age.
your job will be to motivate, direct and coach colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations and to follow up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to company procedures.
Your duties will also include scheduling shifts to maximize labor as well as performimg weekly / nightly inventory.
Additional duties will consist of opening or closing the store, training staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state laws and all company policies.
