Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms to meet health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to all food handling procedures to ensure the safety of our customers.

Skills

• Strong upselling abilities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Proficient in cash register operation and cash handling practices.
• Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
