The Co-Manager is a key role in the restaurant, responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in achieving customer satisfaction and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve customers correct, complete orders within service time goals.
- Prepare and ensure consistent, high-quality products are served to customers.
- Clean and organize work stations and maintain a clean restaurant image.
- Perform cash management responsibilities and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Provide direction and feedback to colleagues and follow up by coaching/counseling.
Task Analysis:
- Lift and move 55 pounds.
- Reach and move items from high and low levels.
- Control and utilize equipment safely and correctly.

Requirements
