Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation surfaces and dining areas.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions with accuracy.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer demands during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Experience with sales techniques, particularly upselling menu items, is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
