As a Dough Maker, you will play a crucial role in the production of various baked goods, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and mix dough according to established recipes and specifications.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including mixers and ovens, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor the dough fermentation process to ensure optimal texture and flavor.
• Shape, cut, and package dough products for baking or storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and notifying management of supply needs.
• Participate in training sessions on food safety practices and culinary techniques as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
• Skills in culinary arts, particularly in pastry preparation or cake decorating, are highly desirable.
• Proficiency with kitchen tools such as knives and mixers is important for success in this role.
• A background in food preparation or related culinary experience will be advantageous.
