Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and physical education.
- Provide toddler care by attending to the individual needs of each child, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior positively and constructively.
- Conduct early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support in their development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting curriculum development as needed to meet diverse learning styles.
- Create a welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity while prioritizing child welfare.
