Little Conquerors Educational Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Specialist to support our school in achieving and maintaining excellence in compliance, organization, and overall operational success. This role is perfect for retired professionals, former school directors, or individuals with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education who have a passion for organization, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This is an on-call, part-time position that involves primarily virtual work, with on-site presence required once a week. The specialist will assist the school director in tasks related to fiscal organization, filing systems, and adherence to licensing codes, ensuring the school remains in excellent standing with state and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, organize, and maintain school filing systems, ensuring accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to meet and exceed state and local licensing requirements.
  • Assist with fiscal organization, helping the school maintain clear financial records and sound budgeting practices.
  • Identify areas of improvement in compliance, organization, and operations, offering actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the school director to streamline processes and implement best practices.
  • Monitor and update necessary documentation to reflect current licensing codes and standards.
  • Stay informed about changes to early childhood education regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
