Little Creek Behavioral Health is a 64-bed residential treatment facility located in Conway, Arkansas. Located on a 37-acre campus, just outside Little Rock, we provide care for out-of-state children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. Our team collaborates closely with parents, caregivers, guardians, and community professionals to ensure our young patients receive the best and most appropriate care on their path to recovery.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Therapist at Little Creek Behavioral Health, located in Conway, AR. The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions, conducting assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working with a multidisciplinary team to support patients' therapeutic progress. The Therapist will also communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience with Individual and Group Therapy
- Skills in conducting Assessments and Evaluations
- Ability to develop and implement Treatment Plans
- Strong communication skills for working with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure as a Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred
