Description

At Little Creek Casino Resort , we are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to help shape our brand’s visual identity. As the designer behind our visual communications, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand designs that resonate with our audience and enhance the guest experience. From print materials to digital content, your work will shape how Little Creek Casino Resort connects with our community across various platforms. In collaboration with the marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to craft dynamic visual stories that represent the heart and spirit of our resort.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop a wide range of marketing materials, including print, outdoor, web, social media, video, A / V, and in-house collateral (e.g., posters, invitations, direct mailers, menus, rack cards, and logos).
  • Apply concept art and ensure cohesive design across multiple pieces within a campaign.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative copywriting, editing, and refining messaging.
  • Maintain the integrity and consistency of the Little Creek Casino Resort brand.
  • Assist in photo / video shoots on and off property, providing hands-on support and creative deliverables for company events (as needed).
  • Organize and archive all design projects for future use.
  • Execute basic photography tasks as needed.
  • Resize and repurpose branded content to work across different platforms without losing brand consistency.
  • Follow established design templates, while also developing original and creative solutions.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all production and design work.
  • Take direction from the Creative Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Proactively communicate any challenges or requirements to successfully complete projects.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events on property and incorporate them into design strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative concepts and presentations.
  • Create multimedia content for digital platforms, including motion graphics and video editing.
  • Perform other design-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education : An Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media Arts, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience : At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing and communications, with a minimum of 1 year focused specifically on graphic design. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience may substitute for the Associate’s degree.
  • Industry Experience : Previous experience in the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industries is highly preferred.
  • Software Proficiency : Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) is required.
  • Additional Skills : Experience with motion graphics, 3D design software, and video editing / creation software is preferred.
  • Background Check : Must pass a pre-employment background check.
