Duties
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children.
- Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using appropriate behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss their child’s progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and milestones.
- Support children with special needs through tailored activities and individualized attention.
Experience
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and general childcare practices is essential.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques to create a structured learning environment.
- Experience in behavior management strategies to support children's emotional and social development.
- A background in special education is a plus but not required.
