Server- Daytime HRS

We are seeking a Server to join our family orientated staff!

Job Overview** We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively. **Duties** - Greet guests promptly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere - Take orders and handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Manage tables efficiently and ensure that all guests receive their food and beverages in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the table and floor - Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints or concerns - Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and manage tables - Ensure that all tables are sanitized and clean at all times - Work effectively as part of a team to provide seamless service - Use OpenTable to manage reservations and ensure that all guests are seated promptly - Demonstrate a strong understanding of food and wine, and make recommendations accordingly - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times **Skills** - Proven experience in the food industry - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Proficient in cash handling and POS systems - Knowledge of OpenTable and its functions - Ability to sanitize and maintain a clean environment - Friendly and welcoming demeanor - Willingness to help and support colleagues - A commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences - Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its expectations - Basic knowledge of food and wine - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Experience with guest relations and conflict resolution - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
