Little, recognized as one of the top five “Healthiest Places to Work” by Charlotte Business Journal, is seeking an Experiential Graphic Designer for our Brand Communication Design Studio (BC D) in our Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities :

• Translate art direction to develop and create multiple compelling design solutions
• Contribute with creative and breakthrough designs and ideas on internal brainstorm sessions
• Actively participate in and document Client meetings, presentations, & conference calls
• Effectively communicate design concepts, both verbally and visually, through sketching, 2D illustration, and 3D visualization
• Manage project scope and execute designated tasks within the budgeted timeframe and design expectations
• Sourcing and coordinating directly with vendors, contractors, and trade partners
• Promote a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
• Stay current on design, communication and other relevant industry issues
• Participate in firm initiatives outside of client work that impact our team's ability to develop cross-disciplinary relationships
