LDSA was founded by Hall of Fame Swim Coach Chuck Warner in 2010 who is the current owner. The facility is owned by Coach Warner as well.

Add to our “dream team!” The Little Dolphins Swim Academy seeks a long-term relationship with a new member of our leadership team what will have a strong focus on the day-to-day operation of our site in Bound Brook. Administrative responsibilities are likely to include procurement of supplies and equipment, processing registrations, makeups, class construction, customer care and the training of others to effectively carry out these responsibilities. This position will also have some responsibilities to teach and supervise classes.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Be a role model for other staff members.
- Leadership and Management skills.

- Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
- Experience in the swim industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 2-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
- Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small child up to 50 pounds
- The job requires a full time, long term intention and two-three evening
- (3:00pm-8:00pm) and a weekend shift.
- Maintain current certifications and stay up to date professionally on the aquatics and management fields.Benefits:
