ABOUT YOU:
Some Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and hospitable service and high-quality drinks.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar staff, setting an example of excellent service and professionalism.

Develop and update seasonal cocktail menus, incorporating creativity and seasonal ingredients while collaborating with our chef and bar team.

Maintain a clean and organized bar, following health and safety guidelines. Additionally ensures cleanliness and organization of all refrigeration and dry storage areas.

Ensure inventory is well-stocked, and communication regarding orders is done efficiently and timely with our Beverage Director.
- Work closely with the management team to meet bar revenue goals.
- Create a globally inspired cocktail program
- Must be confident in providing wine, beer and cocktail education regularly.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a bar lead role.

Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, beer and natural wine.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide a smooth and welcoming experience start to finish for guests while in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
