General Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Little English in Lexington, KY. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, content creation, influencer marketing campaigns, creating advertising campaigns, and analyzing market trends. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts.
Content
-Design digital ads for new product launches, promotions, and collaborations for IG, FB, Google, Youtube, etc
-Work with 3rd party expert to optimize digital marketing budget and refresh creative as needed
-Stay up to date on digital advertising trends and concepts, brainstorm new content ideas for paid and organic social
-Strategize and execute in-office content: styled flat lays, reels, etc
Social Media
-Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms/channels
-Manage daily content calendar from concept to execution, planning channel-specific content
-Report on insights and performance and proactively make recommendations, updates, or improvements
Influencer Affiliate
-Strategize the overall approach and types of influencers that we work with to continue to reach new audiences and improve brand awareness
-Work with PR firm to coordinate and execute all influencer marketing campaigns, build core list of influencers and grow relationships
-Manage all influencer marketing platforms: LTK and GRIN, report on success of campaigns
-Execute 2-4 partnership ad campaigns per season, report on success of campaigns
Qualifications
- Marketing Strategy, Advertising, and Market Analysis skills
- Photography Skills are a plus
- Social Media Management and Content Creation skills
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
