What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Nursery Teacher position at Little Explorers?
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team!
Your role as an Infant Teacher includes:
Providing Loving Care- Comfort, nurture, and care for infants, ensuring their daily needs are met with warmth and patience.
Supporting Development- Encourage early milestones with sensory play, tummy time, and age-appropriate activities.
Communicate Daily- Keep families informed via Brightwheel app with updates on feedings, naps, milestones, and sweet moments.
Ensure Safety- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment where infants can explore and learn.
Build Bonds- Form strong, trusting relationships with babies, their families, and your fellow team members.
What We Are Looking For:
- A caring and compassionate individual with a genuine love for babies.
- Experience in infant care or early childhood education (or a willingness to learn!).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Someone who thrives in a calm, yet engaging environment designed for the tiniest explorers.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Someone who is extremely reliable, flexible, and works well in a fast paced environment.
