About the Role:
As the Director of Social Services, you will:
✔️ Plan, develop, and implement social service programs.
✔️ Support individuals and families in adjusting to care center life.
✔️ Advocate for individuals' rights and coordinate discharge planning.
✔️ Build relationships with community resources and referral partners.
✔️ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Education & Licensing: BA in Social Work or licensed Social Worker in Minnesota.
✅ Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
✅ Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
