Housekeeping Aid
Status: Full-Time
Location: Little Falls, MN
Compensation: $16.70 – $23.67/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Variable schedule; includes every other weekend
Little Falls Health Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aid to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position that offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and workspaces according to established protocols
Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed
Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and laundry
Follow infection control and safety guidelines
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate staff
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred, especially in healthcare or long-term care settings
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must be able to lift, push, and pull moderate weights and perform repetitive physical tasks
