Position Overview:
As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will lead talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and more. Your expertise will help guide our people practices and ensure our employees thrive within a supportive and high-performance environment.
Position Details/Benefits:

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
- Three to five years’ previous experience in a human resource related role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, and human resources information systems required.
- Knowledge of and experience with related employment law (i.e. COBRA/MN Continuation, FMLA, ADA) required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
