Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all students.
- Educate children through play-based learning, hands-on activities, and structured lessons.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Provide care and support for children, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
