Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities and play-based learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support early intervention strategies for children in need.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or daycare setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to educate children using creative teaching methods tailored to individual learning styles.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students is a plus.
- Familiarity with toddler care practices is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
