What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server - Dayton position at Little Fish Brewing Company?
Little Fish Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced bartender/server to join our team!
Applicants should have:
- *Ability to work nights weekends
- *Excellent time management and work ethic
- *Positive attitude Attention to detail
- *Dedication to community
- *Ability to lift 50lbs
- *Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
- *Passion for craft beer and local food systems and customer service required.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- *Preparing and serving drinks.
- *Creating positive guest experiences.
- *Waiting on tables
- *Maintaining a clean and orderly taproom.
- *Busing tables and running food, as needed to assist the kitchen staff.
- *Working as a cohesive team with other bartenders, kitchen workers, and brewery staff.
