Position: Preschool Teacher Floater
As a member of our team here at Little Fish Preschool Academy, you will help foster the learning and development of young minds. Our goal is to provide a loving and nurturing environment where children can grow and develop in their mental, physical, social, and emotional needs. We are seeking both experienced and new teachers who are passionate about children and enthusiastic about working with children in a team based environment. Furthermore, we are looking for individuals who are teachable, have great communication skills, and work well with others.

Are you flexible, adaptable, and passionate about working with young children? We’re looking for a Preschool Teacher Floater to join our team and support our classrooms, helping create a positive, nurturing environment for our little learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to lead teachers by stepping in as needed across different classrooms.
- Assist in daily activities, including playtime, learning sessions, diapering, and meal/snack times.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in all classroom settings.
- Engage with children to encourage developmental growth and promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
- Foster strong relationships with students and collaborate with staff members.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with different age groups.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday.
- Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
- A never ending love for children!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
