We are looking to hire an Enrollment Specialist. The Enrollment Specialist at Little Fish Swimming is a sales position. The primary role is to nurture all sources of Little Fish Swimming leads in order to convert them into swimmers on the LFS roster. 


Major Responsibilities: 

The duties of the Little Fish Enrollment Specialist will include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Assist in Management of Little Fish CRM 
  • Respond to public inquiries via email, phone, or social media
  • Run and operate LFS booths at public events
  • Register incoming swimmers
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials to designated locations


Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Active listening skills are needed to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • 1 year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred, but not required. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client connections.  
  • Empathy to understand customer concerns and needs. 
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Ability to communicate to customers reservations for registration and communicate the value and urgency of starting today.

Product/Service Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the product or service being sold (Training Provided) 
  • Ability to explain the features and benefits of swim lessons clearly.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the industry and market trends.
  •  Awareness of competitors and their offerings.

Time Management:

  • Efficient time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  
  • Ability to balance multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Adaptability:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the market or company strategies. 
  • Willingness to learn and update skills as needed.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to identify customer challenges and propose effective solutions. 
  • Creative problem-solving to address objections and obstacles.

 Tech Savviness:

  • Comfort with digital communication channels.
  • Personal experience with social media platforms 

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinking to identify opportunities for improvement.

Self-Motivation:

  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Initiative to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Persistence and determination to achieve sales targets.
