We are looking to hire an Enrollment Specialist. The Enrollment Specialist at Little Fish Swimming is a sales position. The primary role is to nurture all sources of Little Fish Swimming leads in order to convert them into swimmers on the LFS roster.
Major Responsibilities:
The duties of the Little Fish Enrollment Specialist will include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Assist in Management of Little Fish CRM
- Respond to public inquiries via email, phone, or social media
- Run and operate LFS booths at public events
- Register incoming swimmers
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials to designated locations
