What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director position at Little Flowers Early Learning center?
This position is for a small center of ours. You would be in charge of the day-to-day management of the center. We offer paid vacation and Bonus. You must have at least ECE Washington State Creditional to apply to this position or will be willing to go to school for it.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage program operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop and implement programs tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance in social work practices.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and community partners.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Supervising experience in a relevant field
- Strong background in social work
- Proven management and program development skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent relationship management and administrative abilities
- Proficient in program management and budgeting
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices
