Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Little General Stores. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in helping the Store Manager operate a clean, safe, and profitable retail convenience store.
Your primary responsibilities will include representing the company in a professional manner with all employees, customers, and vendors. You will also act as the Store Manager in their absence, performing duties described in the Store Manager Job Description.
In addition, you will assist in training employees, promote enrollment and participation in loyalty programs, and understand and strictly follow state laws regarding lottery, alcohol, and tobacco sales.
As a Store Operations Manager, you will be required to work opposite shifts from the Manager, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also need to understand and execute all security and emergency protocols.
