Job Description: As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with our Lead Teachers to support the daily activities, guide children in their learning, and ensure a safe and welcoming classroom environment. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation and implementation of educational activities
- Supporting children in developing social, emotional, and cognitive skills
- Encouraging positive behavior and resolving conflicts
- Supervising children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Helping maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
- Communicating with parents and caregivers as needed
- Following all school policies and procedures
- Assist with any task assigned by the management
Requirements:
- CDA/Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with young children (preferred)
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to a dynamic classroom environment
- Able to go through required background clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
