Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Floater to join our vibrant educational team. The Floater will support classroom activities and provide assistance to teachers in various classrooms. This role is essential in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners, ensuring they receive the attention and care they need to thrive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be flexible in adapting to different classroom dynamics. Number of weekly working hours will vary based on the need of the center.
Duties
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily curriculum and activities across multiple classrooms.
- Provide Lunch breaks for classrooms
- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Engage with children in educational games and activities that foster early intervention skills.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Skills
- Strong background in working with children is preferred.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among children.
- Familiarity with early childhood education techniques and early intervention strategies.
- Experience in physical education activities suitable for various age groups.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
