About This Position:
Fresh Take Grocery is seeking a Foodservice Coordinator to lead our kitchen operations with expertise and enthusiasm. This role involves overseeing all kitchen activities, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, possesses strong leadership skills, and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily activities
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain recipe standards and production schedules
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Availability:
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Qualifications:
