About This Position : Grocery Manager (3rd Shift Key Carrier)
FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Grocery Manager- 3rd Shift Key Carrier to lead our grocery department with excellence and innovation during the 3rd shift. As a Key Carrier, you will have additional responsibilities, including opening and closing the store, overseeing safety and security procedures, and acting as the primary point of contact in the absence of upper management. This role involves overseeing all operations within the grocery section, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members.
Responsibilities :
- Manage inventory and ensure the freshness of all grocery products
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain staff morale
- Create and manage weekly schedules for department employees
- Oversee ordering of supplies and products for the department
- Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Achieve and maintain gross profit and sales goals
- Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Store Manager
- Serve as a Key Carrier, responsible for opening / closing the store and overseeing safety procedures
- Act as the primary contact for store operations during the 3rd shift
Availability :
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
