Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Basic math and retail math skills
• Experience in retail sales and stocking
• Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising
• Ability to work in a grocery store environment
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Supervisory experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and assist with product demonstrations when necessary.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the checkout area and store environment.
