Responsibilities

- Foster strong relationships with parents and families, providing support and resources as needed.
- Mentor and train staff members in best practices for child care and education.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new staff.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Experience
- A background in education administration or higher education teaching is preferred.
- Experience working directly with students or children in an educational setting is essential.

- Familiarity with university-level educational principles is a plus.
- Dependable and great problem solving skills.

Pay: $15.91 - $16.55 per hour
