Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to support our educational team in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support children in their daily routines, including meals, playtime, and transitions.
- Help manage classroom behavior by reinforcing positive behavior management techniques.
- Provide individualized attention to students, catering to their unique learning needs.
- Facilitate literacy education through reading activities and storytelling.
- Monitor student progress and report any concerns to the lead teacher.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Engage with parents or guardians during pick-up times to discuss children's progress as needed.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Childhood development principles, particularly in early childhood education settings.
- Previous work with preschool or daycare environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies for young children.
