Installer

Key Responsibilities

Install custom canvas products on boats, carpets and upholstery ensuring a precise and professional fit.
Work with shop team to ensure all projects are completed according to customer specifications before installation.
Maintain and organize tools and equipment for safe and efficient job execution.
Transport materials and tools to and from job site, ensuring proper care of all equipment.
Communicate directly with customers to ensure installation meets their expectations.
Troubleshoot and address all issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Provide customer service and education on the proper care and maintenance of products post installation.
Keep accurate records of each installation, including customer details, products installed, capturing sufficient photos to substantiate the completion of the project.
Follow up with the customer 24 hours post installation to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1-2 years of proven work experience or training in the field

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for installations

Preferred Skills

Experience working with customers and customer communications

Knowledge of boat components, and marine terminology

Professional clean, groomed appearance
