Your Role:
As the right-hand to our Director, you’ll help keep our school running smoothly while fostering a positive environment for staff and families. Your impact will be felt in so many ways!
✨ Keep Things Running – Oversee daily operations, manage supplies, and ensure classrooms are ready for engaged learning.
✨ Support & Lead Staff – Help with scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with state-mandated requirements.
✨ Connect with Families – Assist with enrollment, maintain records, and communicate with parents to build strong relationships.
✨ Bring Our Vision to Life – Partner with the Director on marketing, school events, and community engagement.
✨ Ensure Safety & Quality – Maintain high standards for safety, organization, and documentation.
✨ Be a Trusted Leader – Step in as the Director’s representative when needed.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least .
- Experience in managing staff, coordinating schedules, and handling administrative tasks is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational and time management skills—able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—capable of building positive relationships with staff and families.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and can make decisions confidently.
- Familiarity with licensing requirements, safety regulations, and best practices in early childhood education (or a willingness to learn).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic software for scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
Additional Requirements:
- Must meet state licensing requirements for an administrative role in a preschool setting (including background checks, CPR/First Aid certification, etc.).
- Passion for creating a warm, engaging, and safe learning environment for children, teachers, and families.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
