Duties:

- Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring their unique needs are met and their progress is tracked.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in classroom management, including maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
- Support students in their literacy and math skills, encouraging a love of learning and a strong foundation for future academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to share updates on student progress and provide suggestions for supporting their child's learning at home.
Skills:
- Experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education settings.
- Strong understanding of childhood development and its importance in shaping lifelong learning.
- Familiarity with autism and the specific educational needs of students with autism.
- Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a safe and structured learning environment.
