Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the well-being of all students.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Provide nurturing care and support to toddlers, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques.
- Educate students on various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, and physical education.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Implement early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support.
- Provide tutoring or additional assistance to students as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- or familiarity with early intervention strategies is a plus.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ability to engage children through creative teaching methods and activities.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
