  • Provide clinical oversight for feeding therapy programs (experience preferred but not required).

Family & Community Engagement

  • Act as a key resource for parents and caregivers, ensuring they understand and feel confident in their child’s therapy journey.
  • Educate families on home programs and strategies to support skill development outside of therapy sessions.
  • Build relationships with referring providers, schools, and community organizations to promote awareness of our services.

Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor staff scheduling and workload distribution to maximize efficiency and patient access to services.
  • Stay current with industry trends, therapy innovations, and legal requirements affecting pediatric occupational therapy.

Qualifications

  • Current California OT license (or eligibility for licensure). NBCOT certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience.
    • Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience with feeding therapy is a plus but not required.
  • Skills & Competencies:
