Coaches – Little Laxers, LLC

Little Laxers is accepting applications for motivated coaches interested in providing a positive children's sports experience while building a profitable business for themselves. Little Laxers is an innovative lacrosse coaching and childhood development company focused on creating healthy and happy young athletes ages 3-10. Little Laxers provides a comprehensive, turnkey business supporting training, education, recruiting, technology, and communications – all with zero deposit or expenses required by the coach. We are currently adding exceptional coaches with the following qualifications:

· Responsible, professional, friendly attitude and presentation willing to provide top-quality experience for children ages 3-10.

· Fundamental understanding of lacrosse and ability to demonstrate basic skills to children (or willingness to learn).

· Reliable schedule, transportation, commitment to excellence, patience, and fun.

· Willingness for coaching training, childhood education training, background check, CPR certification, and technology communications with participants and parents.

Our coaches earn $30 - $80 per hour of instruction, commensurate with the top-quality education and fun, inspirational experience provided to the young athletes. Little Laxers provides all high-quality equipment with compensation to coaches to market and distribute branded premier equipment and follow-on instruction. Coaches partner with schools, recreational facilities, organizations, and communities to provide the fun experience in a win-win partnership. Little Laxers provides a turnkey curriculum for interweaving character lessons within the fun, to include honesty, safety, respect, sharing, and many more activities to promote positive growth. Parents are provided follow-on videos and instructions to further enhance the experience for the entire family.
