The Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Little Leaf ABA, you will provide 1:1 therapy in a variety of settings, including clients' homes and school environments. Guided by our experienced clinicians, you will implement personalized ABA programs, track client progress, and collaborate with parents and other professionals to create tailored interventions. This particular case is 3:30 to 7:30 M-F.
Your Role Includes:
- Implementing individualized ABA programs with support from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collecting and documenting data on client progress.
- Utilizing fun and engaging materials to encourage skill-building and behavior change.
- Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to make a meaningful impact.

What We're Looking For:
- RBT Certification: Required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and up-to-date insurance.
- Experience: Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst) is a plus!
Bonus Points For:
- CPR/BLS certification (if applicable).
- TRICARE Certification is preferred.
