Position Overview:

We're looking for an awesome Assistant Clinical Director to join our dynamic team in Killeen, Texas! If you love working with children and are excited about leading a team that's making a real difference, this role is for you. You'll team up with the Clinic Director to ensure our clinic runs smoothly and provide top-tier ABA therapy. This full-time, in-person position means you'll be right where the action is, guiding a fantastic team, creating tailored treatment plans, and working with families to make real, lasting change.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key partner to the Clinic Director in managing the clinic's daily operations, ensuring we deliver high-quality care every day.
• Help create and monitor individualized treatment plans to make sure each child is getting the best possible care.
• Use your superpowers to assess client progress with data-driven strategies, helping them achieve their goals.
• Mentor, lead, and support our amazing team of Behavior Technicians-you're their go-to guide!
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to offer the best care possible.
• Keep track of all client documentation-progress, treatment plans, and goals-ensuring everything's up to date.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with ABA research and best practices so we're always on top of our game.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM-your chance to make a difference during the day!

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field? Check!
• Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)? You've got it.
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas (Required).
• Proven experience in ABA therapy and a passion for leadership.
• You're an expert at creating and implementing ABA programs that work.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving? Absolutely.
• You thrive in a team environment and love to support others.
• Bonus points if you have experience working with diverse client populations!

Licenses/Certifications:

• BCBA (Required)
• Active LBA in Texas (Required)
