The Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Little Leaf ABA, you'll provide 1:1 therapy in both clinical and occasional home settings. With guidance from our experienced clinicians, you'll implement personalized ABA programs, track client progress, and collaborate with families and other professionals to develop tailored interventions.
Your Adventure Includes:
- Implementing personalized ABA programs with support from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collecting and reporting data on client progress.
- Using a variety of engaging materials to encourage skill-building and positive behavior change.
- Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to make a meaningful impact!

What We're Looking For:
- RBT Certification: Required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and up-to-date insurance are required.
- Experience: Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst) is a plus!
Bonus Points For:
- CPR/BLS certification (if applicable).
- TRICARE Certification preferred.
