Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to various learning styles.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to students who may require additional assistance.
- Create and adapt curriculum materials to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Oversee classroom activities, ensuring safety and adherence to school policies.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management within a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong skills in behavior management techniques to promote positive student interactions.
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children is essential.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
