Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and engage.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their child's development and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in preschool settings or similar environments.
- Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques.
- Experience in infant care is highly desirable.
- Ability to educate children through creative play, structured activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for teaching and caring for young children.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour
